Limited Warranty

We guarantee our labor for 3 years with unlimited mileage. As a courtesy to our Customers, we will also replace or repair any part or unit, new or re-manufactured that fails within 3 years with unlimited mileage. This Guarantee is valid only if the vehicle is returned to the repair shop on the face of this document for adjustment of the Warranty and only if no adjustments, modifications or repairs have been applied to our work and no abuse or other abnormal damage is evident.

WE DO NOT WARRANT CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS IN ANY MANNER TO INCLUDE MERCHANTABILITY AND OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR APPLICATION. USED PARTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties both expressed or implied including MERCHANTABILITY and or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE and is part of the basis for the cost of repair. All warranty work is to be returned to the seller at the Customers expense. This limited warranty may not be modified, except in writing and signed by an Officer of the seller.
